SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING POLICY

All orders are shipped the next working day.

UK customers will have their products sent via Royal Mail 1st Class delivery, unless special delivery is selected at checkout.

International customers will have their products sent via Royal Mail International Standard delivery.

If your delivery address is outside of the UK, you may be required to pay local import duties and taxes, or customs clearance. This is the customer's responsibility. Please do not ask us to change the order value on any shipping documents to reduce your charges, because UK law dictates we are unable to do this.

​​RETURN POLICY​

To be eligible for a refund, you must contact us within 14 days of receiving delivery of your order. Items must be unused and in the same condition that you received them. Delivery of returned items is at the expense of the customer.

Refunds can only be offered for items we receive back within 14 days after a return request.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will action your refund, within a further 14 days.

You will not have the right to cancel the order of any personalised items or custom-made items for example ProngZ extensions & Razor Armrests, unless faulty.
